A little bit about me...

Hello, I am Natasha (Tas)

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 13 and have spent years learning how my neurodivergent brain works, building resources, and discovering techniques that truly help. I also lived with social anxiety and self esteem issues for many years, and through counselling and hypnotherapy, I learned to unmask, rebuild self-esteem, and appreciate the brain I live with.

I created Kind Chaos as a safe space for adults and parents navigating similar challenges. Come along to the Kind Chaos cabin to explore your emotions, untangle your thoughts, manage anxiety, and break free from people-pleasing, burnout, and low self-esteem. By calming your nervous system and learning simple, practical techniques, you can become more present, focused, productive...and most importantly, happier.

Whether for you or your child, neurodivergent or neurotypical, I help people make small, manageable habit changes alongside practical strategies to not just cope, but thrive. Kind Chaos is about living authentically, finding confidence, and reclaiming your sense of self—free from the weight of other people’s judgements.
